How do you exercise?

I lift 5 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week. Sometimes I'll throw in an insanity workout, so I typically workout 5 - 10 times a week. I could do 10 mile runs, but I hate running so I don't lol.

 

It completely depends on what your goals are. For me, gaining weight was incredibly hard, so I just increased the amount of weight resistance in my lifting, ate a lot, and used some other...means...to improve, and I've gained like 15lbs in a month. Everybody is different though. I quit eating like shit, for the most part, and I feel amazing for doing so.
