Why is my subscriber tag from forum and ingame gone again...? I mean, I know I haven't been active for awhile... but I still want the perks, seeing as how $5 is still being pulled from my paypal every month....

It alerted them, don't worry! However, I believe it may be only Caution that can fix/look into it, but it was worth tagging Revenga anyways. Sit tight!

The forum shows that your subscription ended on the 24th of September, but this was around the time when we moved webhosts and because of that, things got a little screwy with the subscriber tracking system. This is why we had asked all Subscribers who subscribed before October 1st to cancel their subscriptions and resubscribe so we can actually track it. So while it might be going through on PayPal, I can't track that it's still going through via the forum, since Caution is the only one with PayPal access. I'll need @Caution to confirm that it's still going through on his end. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

I'll need you to cancel your current subscription via PayPal, and resubscribe using this link so we can track your subscriber status again. The issue is that it's not being tracked on the forum. If you were still subscribed and you didn't get the subscriber perks for x amount of time, we'll make sure you still get the perks for the time lost.
