Tipping is retarded. It's one of the only things I'm recognizably hypocritical about because I still do it, but I am so against tipping. The employer should be responsible for paying the wages of the employee, not the consumer. Makes absolutely zero sense and America is one of (if not the) only country that does it as like a mandatory thing. And I've worked the food industry, so I understand what it is like - but any waiter who says 'I don't even make minimum wage' is full of shit or is getting illegally paid by their employer because the Fair Labor Standards Act says the contrary.

I agree, tipping is a pretty stupid custom, my visit to europe further cemented my belief in this. However, a couple surveys have been conducted that shows American patrons prefer tipping because they believe it gives them something tangible they can use to review the service they received.

Also, Game of Thrones post-season 4 is shit.

Schools actually teaches you something.

Despite the drilling/monotonous routines that they give you which generally don't pay off in terms of real world application, attending schools teach you things that go beyond the books. It's repetition in diligence, respect, and scheduling. While every school's different, I've acknowledged that the obnoxious homework/projects along with the early scheduling builds a type of responsibility that kids should have. Learning to respect your elders/peers is something completely overrated but it's also inclusive within your standard 12-13 years of education. There's obviously faults within the system but I don't feel like it was a "waste" of my life, rather something that helped me more with the fundamentals in being a human being. Though probably unnecessary to state, this is of course, my opinion.

Also, I as well hate tipping. I'm all for rewarding great services but seeing how it's more or less expected makes the whole tradition redundant and just an extra cost.

I hate Drake or rap in general, same for hiphop.
