10 AOs who were to busy with their own server maitenance and banning the trolls posting about how stupid the people bitching about the lightbulb were to realize there was ever a broken lightbulb.

2 map makers who were busy with hammer and didn't log onto the forums until 2 months after the problem was solved and were basically uninvolved.

1 "resting" TA who actually had a spare lightbulb but was never asked for help.
