For instance of player complaints that involve player disrespect, racism, etc. over chat, is a recording/screenshot nescessary if the complaint can be verified or linked with steamstats?

Well when I was a Ca it was really helpful if the person who made the made complaint included a screenshot of the chat with the racism or disrespect. It makes the Ca+ easier to deal with the complaint. Especially if it was like a couple days ago it would take a quite sometime to look for it.

yah the best way to ban someone if they are either disrespecting or being racist in chat to others is through just screenshoting them or just going through chat logs on the forums and finding where and when they do it (unless they are harassing or being racist to people verbally then you would have to record it). In most cases though you would need to record it
