Hon tag on servers or on forums? There is no really hon tag on servers, that is just something made by hons. If its on forums, then you need to ask someone higher up about this.

Good idea! 2 problems: 1. I have laptop 2. I don't own big fan like that.

But I can play l4d2 with pretty high settings and no problem. Still Hl2 with lowest possible graphics/reflections does shut down. Fan at least spins ok.

I downloaded fanspeed program, it shows only my core temps. It was supposed to give me warning if temps go over 50, but it didn't so, then its not from the cores? I took picture from inside but i can't find cord to put it on my computer, i will upload it when i find it. Thing that is hottest is red thing right next to fan, next hottest is box next to it, which I believe is hard drive.

I'm bumping this thread bc the same problem is back, with wierd twist. I can play l4d2 with pretty high settings, but when I try to play half life 2 or any mod for it, computer overheats even if I use lowest settings possible. Cleaning inside doesn't work anymore. Is there something wrong with hl2? I used to be able to play it just fine.

Its funny when you get the powers, but it gets old. That server would be waiste of time, space and money, everyone can go download mani admin and abuse bots on own "create server" server. Thats what I do when I want to abuse admin powers.
