  4. I guess since corporations started being greedy arses, no surprise there... But srsly its not even that recent, like been that way for at least 5-10 years maybe.
  5. Yeah, what Potatoes said, GreenDot is practically non-existent here so yeah, good to know tho. The cheapest one's I've seen are like $20 so with the $5 fee that's about $25, a bit much tbh but its something to think about.
