If it's a migraine take a damp wash towel and put it in the freezer for a bit, take it out and put it over your forehead and eyes, repeat as needed. Or you can get some advil liquid gels and they work usually within 20 - 30 minutes and always works for me. Caffeine is actually good for headaches, it's a ingredient in prescription migraine medications. Headaches come from constricted blood vessels, Caffeine opens the blood vessels up.

Jager, You like other bd's & AO's have given a lot back to this community, so much it cannot be measured. while I do not know a whole lot that goes on in the background for maintaining everything but I'm sure it's immeasurable. We will miss your presence around here a lot and whomever fills your shoes they have a lot to live up to. With Atrum and now you stepping down to inactive it makes me wonder about things. In my dreams I sometimes have nightmares of alligators which related to a close call at the everglades here in Florida, some dreams are of me falling and I usually wake up with the same feeling you get from roller coasters where your legs and stomach feel funny. I've had dreams where I can actually tell I am actually lucid dreaming and it's like your playing back a movie with such detail. Also I have photographic memory so maybe that plays in to it, I dunno.
