I do not assume. Even as tried to help my team I already knew this would be the outcome as they rushed straight for the enemy , exposed :

You misunderstand - I wait a while to see if my team is a bunch of lemmings . If half your team dies in the first 1-2 minutes without destroying a single enemy then there is no point in wasting ammo that costs 680 per shell.

I figured it out : 1) Do nothing for the first few minutes, see where the battle goes, conserve ammo and hp . 2) Pick off whatever low hp enemies are left if battle is tilted in favour of your team . 3) Profit Also the reason why I think anything below the centurion is horrible is because I like playing World of Tanks not World of Scouts . The comet can only be fun if the MM does not fuck you over and put you up against tier 9 and 10 , which it loves to do a lot .

Tier 8 is when the british mediums stop being terrible . The problem with the centurions 20 pounder is that while it does have great penetration, it does not do much damage ( 288 max ) and a shell costs 680 credits each . In a battle where I do over 2000 damage and my team wins , I maybe make a profit of 2-3 k if I take damage and 6-7 k if I dont . If I my team rushes like lemmings and I get overrun because of no support, I lose 8-11k . I guess I will have to hope that the cost of shells and repair is lowered in the near-future.

Great tank but but horrible for earning credits . Does anyone here have tips on how to improve my credit income with this tank , without premium ? It is a tank that really punishes failure and even if your team wins, you can still lose credits if you have not done enough . Tips on how to not go bankrupt ?

Tried this with ZRiot, had certain people responsible for populating the server and they really did try , it did not work . It might work for MG , TTT and PB but that is about it . ___________________________________________________________ Here is another way we can do things : Have 2 divisions . One for CS:S and gmod and a second for everything else .

I was going to post somethings such as this in the staff section, only more radical. Was going to recommend this once the money ran out and a panic set in but oh well : We have a small number of higherups , who have limited time to work on SG , with different gaming interests and game libraries. Ontop of that we need to make sure we do not waste our money on servers that will not earn their cost back . This sets many limits on what servers can be made , denying SG of potential new members . What I suggest is that we somehow decentralize server management , so that anyone can create a server and add it to our community , attracting any new players to the site where they can take a look at the many other servers available . If a server dies or it runs out of money, it will be their problem. In case they become successful and want to take their server and leave , we will probably have something in place to stop that . It might be a wild idea but I think we should consider something like this . Edit : I am working on this idea , looking at problems and how to overcome them .

I play on WoT EU servers a lot . I would join you guys on US but I have spent too much time getting to T7 and to make it extra hard, I am going up the british medium chain . Maybe one day they will make it possible to transfer accounts...
