Yeah Obez is right on it. I used to play with Gray all the time in DR and sometimes Dust when it came but when he stopped playing I stopped playing DR . He was one of the few old school dr players like Pants to support my admin app.

.... I'm talking about FPS increases and loading time differences. Of course I'm not going to trust the listings because they're always bullshit. I need an official benchmark review. Look at Vista... it promised 'improvements', it brought setbacks which weren't fixed until SP1 and they still aren't fixed lol.

As long as I don't see improvements in benchmarks I'm just calling this an ATI Windows Reskin.

yeah it could work. Just drag your whole steam folder into it... or whatever you need. If you're planning on transferring the files onto another PC then it probably won't lag. If you're going to play with the USB straight on it might.

why? The GUI and Icon files can probably only alter things like config and autoexec but it won't effect your materials, models, sounds.

Pretty much what Veggie said. If Walmart, Best Buy, or The Source doesn't have special offers I just usually go to EB Games. Other than that I find no use in it especially the shitty trading. It's much more beneficial to trade your games with family and friends lol. At least you can get them back at the same price or even cheaper if you do want them back, unless you want to spend 110% more for the game at the store again. The PC game line up at EB Games is a joke.

Actually Slash is technically right. Though he's wrong on the CPU dependency load. The CPU in the Source engine usually takes as much as a load as the GPU. Even upgrading your Sound Card could get you a 8-10 FPS boost because unlike games like Crysis which is poorly optimized having all the dependency on the GPU and CPU the Source Engine utilizes the power of as much hardware as possible. Running benchmarks I noticed that upgrading from card to card would give you high FPS boosts of course ranging to 10 to 20 to even 60 fps. But when I've changed my CPU it's given me a flavorable FPS boost too. It's the same way in the HL Engine too, I'm pretty sure Unreal engine does the same thing. CryEngine2 is doubtable of course. It explains the sudden FPS difference between PC builds. I've had a 8600 GT overclocked and got barely average 100 fps with all my settings on high with 1024x768 res. I look at another PC with the same card but different CPU and it gets an average of 200 FPS with 1280x1024 res. Back to Topic: That computer is good for its price. The graphics card could be better and seems like another Geforce 6150 se.
