I dunno how yours are, but with the ones we have after about 25 - 30 rounds, it's entirely about speed, because it beeps so fast that you have no other option but to full fledged sprint.
Eh it gets to a certain point where it really is just about how fast you can get to the other side. At first it's completely endurance, but eventually the beeps get so close together that it's all about sprinting.
Yeah, we call those suicides out here. 40 rounds of those to get an A, 20 to pass. I played baseball for a few years, so sprinting is a lot easier for me than long distance running. I am absolute shit at long distance...but I can do a fuckton of those "beep" tests lol.
