Here are just a few, but if you google android launchers there are a good amount of launchers to choose from. There not hundreds of launchers! But as far is i've seen Nova Launcher definitely is the best one! - Nova Launcher - GO Launcher EX - Lightning Launcher - ADW.Launcher - SPB Shell 3D Im not sure if these works for all android phones!

With android you can download custom launchers that does all this right from play store. No need to jailbreak or unlock the phone.
