    I wanna buy a new PC, because this one is getting old. Right now I have HP Pavilion a6302f, with ATI 4650 HD. On my new PC, I wanna spent about 700 max. I don't know if that's enough, but I wanna be able to get about 200 FPS on CSS. And play the newer games. So, please recommend me what do you think is the best. Thanks
