Hey guys, im looking for a new computer that would run CSS on lowest settings and record with fraps. This happend to me a few times, my poblem probably wasnt the same but you could try to go into your map folders and change the name of the map you downloaded/manually delete it and see if it works then (sorry if you've already tried this) GL with fixing it
