I haven't read actual Pre only forums, but I check Crackberry and read up on it there. IMO, the battery "problem" on the Pre will be a lot less noticeable compared to the iPhone. This is because for business users or those who work at a desk will most likely have a rockstone (or whatever they're called). In other words, it pretty much charges whenever you're sitting down at your desk. This compared to the iPhone where you must carefully place it in a dock or find your coords to plug it in. Really smart idea by Palm, yet for students (like me) who can't plug in a rockstone at their desk, its still a problem. As for the keyboard, I suppose I'm just blessed with the Bold and it being (IMO, and many others opinions) the best mobile QWERTY keyboard. I've only played with the Pre once or twice so I can't really fully comment on its keyboard other than my first impressions, but I can just imagine trying to type with sweaty fingers. And I agree with the iPhone touch keyboard, I can't stand it. I'd love a full touch screen phone for the wonderful web browsing experience but theres no way I can type upwards of 50-60wpm on a touch screen. The screen cracking should be fixed soon, and if thats the only REAL problem Palm has, they're surely on the comeback trail. Played with the iPhone 3GS, same thing as the normal 3G. I didn't find any difference in speed for normal, built in applications. The camera is better and the video recording is pretty good, but other than that, no reason for the iPhone 3G users to upgrade. As for the Pre, I've heard some fairly bad things about it. The battery apparently sucks, the keyboard is the typical shitty Palm keyboard, and the screen cracks without any pressure (happened to two people that I know of). Overall, not bad for Palm, but its going to need a second gen. They've already tried to stop the shitty battery with their rockstone charger, but all in all, it still sucks. (worse than the iPhone's batt) I'll stick with my Bold for now.

just tried this on my sisters pc and it doesnt work :S It'll run but it shows no passwords and I am logged in as admin.

My GF has the G1. I personally like the G2 better because of the no-keyboard and the colour. The G1's keyboard and sliding mechanism isn't that great either.

Wired. I tried my brothers mouse and it works fine. I'll probably just buy a new one.

It seems like whenever I'm a T in PB and I've got an AK or some gun, I can't hold my mouse down and make it spray. It will just shoot once. This will happen also with my knife sometimes. I also find some mouse controls harder on forums, like copy and pasting.

So I have a french exam tomorrow. Its a reading comprehension so there isn't anything to study for. The test is 95 multiple choice questions to do in 2 hours. Simple stuff. We recieved the texts three weeks ago, for a week time period. We could read it and make notes, yet at the end of the week needed to hand it in to our teachers. Being such a l33t h4x0r irl, I photocopied mine so I could really re-read it a thousand times. So I re-read it a thousand times a week later, and now, ~15 hours before the exam, I can't find the text. Who gives a shit? It was the easiest thing I've ever read and I'm going to ace that fuckin' test. Yet, my mom gives a shit. She even sat down with me and made sure I knew it two weeks ago, and she still thinks that I shouldn't be allowed on my bike, my pc, my mac or watching TV. Every other student in the class didn't photocopy it, and they're going to do fine. Why the fuck do I need to fucking study? ITS A READING COMPREHENSION FOR FUCKS SAKE! just pissed off. /rant

Today, I was playing Forza 2, doing an endurance race. After 43 minutes of staring at the screen, my car slants to one side. Turns out you needed to pit during the raceand one flat tire makes the whole car stop. FML

I've got my macbook and ipod touch hooked up to wifi. I'm trying to get the wifi password because its crazy long and I've lost it. Is there any way to get the wifi password from a device that's locked to it?
