Its your modem. For now, trying seting your rates lower. I use rate 25000, cl_cmdrate 50 and cl_updaterate 50, as any higher and my modem cuts out. Lowering my rates eemed to stop this.

Do you feel you are going anywhere in life? Not right now working on it though What do you want to do? Not a Clue, never have and doubt i really ever will. How do you think you have strayed from where you want to be? Lack of focus at secondary school level limited my university options, now i'm looking for a job in a economic climate where few are hiring, and the university degree i have worked 3 years to get (2.1 honours in War Studies) doesn't open any paths work-wise (degree was chosen through intrest rather than prospects). I'm currently doing voluntery clerical work for University College London in my Dad's department, hopefully that will bring me some exp for my CV, plus i now have (from my workplace) a referee to provide for applications. If not, in 1-2 years time, once i've hopefully earned money, ill go back to university and do postgraduate studies in something that will be useful (via a conversion course)

Are you guys logging off your computers then immeadiatly trying to sleep? If so, its probably best to give yourself 10-15 mins after logging off (and before trying to sleep) of relaxation (read a magazine/book, listen to some music, etc) to calm yourself down and put yourself into a less active state
