  18. http://www.speedtest.net/result/1295923034.png I upload dead on 0.37MBps, so that is correct (Sucks I know) but my download states 1.94 MBps, yet I only download at 250KBps So yeah, why does my speed tests who I can download at near 2MBps, but yet I'm lucky to get 250KBps?
