It's such a same that it religion has been abused through out the time of humankind. For almost every religion there has been "abuse" or manipulation. Just ask me for examples and i'll name them. (I'm only speaking for christianity and islam)

It's what religion is all about, faith. I know what where you are going, you want me to some how prove that god exists, but.. I can't.. though i BELIEVE that he does, i have faith.. and that is what religion is all about.. Sure, you might think it is stupid, but i don't. I hope he exists. If not, then what is the point of life? and who created time, same thing with god, time didn't have a beginning, maybe time is a part of god? In a surrah in the quran he says, "don't curse the past, cause i am the past" God is beyond time and space.. Therefore he has no beginning and no ending. He is the creator of everything, wich means he created time itself. I love philosophy

As for me, i'd wait till the day i die and see if there is anything? I simply just can't imagine nothing, the concept of zero is simply hard for me to understand, i mean, do YOU "remember" the time before you where born? do you feel that you have waited for to be born? I don't, humanity has been mindfucked by what happens after death, but no one knows. And i look forward, but i would be dissapointed if it's nothing.. And OFCOURSE are we scared. just think of it, silence and NOTHING, nothing at ALL, none, nothing, it's not inprinted in our brain to understand nothing, cause we always had something. And some say that this isn't reality and if it's not then WHAT IS? My brain already hurts and yes, death scares me and maybe we invented religion for us being secure. or maybe it's true. Maybe God is there, and he's waiting for us to die and be judged on what we have done on earth. But we can't know and we wont. None of us can go there and go back and report if there is anything. It's a one-way trip, there is no going back. I might as well do as much as good as possible, even if it's a lie or not. (this i'm not sure about) i remember that one that was in coma for a long time and then woke up and said that he didn't feel the time that surpassed.. But for the sake of humanity i sure hope that god exists, (I'm a muslim, but i'm not sure, though i am "halfconvinced") I mean, there gotta be, there can't be just nothing. Head ache...
