You can find @Cautionin the armory every round with an awp. It doubles as the complaint department

lmaooooo no you gotta shoot all the rounds out of the weapons then toss them where the teleporter is. Then listen to the sweet sound of no ammunition as you mow down anyone and everyone teleporting

You've been observant, looking for your chance to break away from the madness that is prison. One of the guards lowers their gaze to a suspicious inmate. This is it, this is your chance. You make a mad dash to the first cell and locate the cracked concrete. You get rid of it with the handy knife the prison was nice enough to lend you. You can smell freedom as you crouch down and size up the hole in the wall. You go through and teleport. Egad! Your in the armory, and there's guns everywhere! You pick one up, no bullets, grab an AK, no bullets, there's a deagle to your left and you pick it up....no bullets. You look up and there's a man with a cigar in his mouth looking down the barrel of a high caliber sniper rifle pointed between your eyes. You go to shoot in a moment of panic and...no bullets, just the terror inducing sound of an empty magazine. You see the man flash a faint smile, the last thing you hear... Boom, headshot.
