I'm almost 16, in Grade 10 (sophomore), and I've held a job since September '08. Not that bad if you know how to balance your schedules.

I assume you are talking about a part-time, and possibly only on weekends or 2-4 hours in the evening?

 

I would rather have both, but juggling a full time job and being a full time student isn't necesarrily easy or appealing. For now atleast, I will get the education first. I would rather spend a few semesters in a class room and carve out a successful future, than to go straight into a workforce for long hours and shitty pay, grasping for any meager chance and random opportunity that may come my way.

 

Getting a part-time job isn't of the equation, but the working full time career is the second step.

If this thread is meant to be full time, I think I'd take the job, providing it was a good one that I didn't hate.

 

And for my current job, it's part-time, yes, sometimes weekdays and I work all day most weekends.
