Installing eventscripts on a cs:s server?

I've installed eventscripts on my new CS:S server, but it doesn't work for some reason. I rechecked to make sure I've installed it right, and I'm 99% sure I have. Although, when I load up CS:S and try to load a script, it doesn't recognize es_load. Also, I've tried installing trikz on the server, by making a 'trikz' folder in cstrike > addons > eventscripts, then making es_trikz.txt inside of that with the script in it. I put es_load trikz in my autoexec as well. This doesn't work.

 

Can anyone help 'diagnose' the problem?
