I made spring rolls again and got pictures this time.

I made Ahi tuna and mango avocado salsa for dinner.

Here is the garlic aioli and ponzu dipping sauce I made for the Ahi.

Mango avocado salsa with lemon juice, olive oil, and red onion. So yum.

I covered the Ahi with salt pepper and sesame seeds and seared on both sides for 30 seconds.

Cut the Ahi into thin slices and voila.

Tonight's dinner: Venison burgers and stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon

The venison burger patties. I added a TB of mayo to make the burgers moist and seasoned with S&P.

Sauteing mushroom and crisping the buns on stove. No one likes soggy buns.

I made my BF cut the Jalapenos cause I'm a wuss. He usually cuts onions for me too.
