Great simple step-by step tutorial.

 

If anyone is looking for alternatives I use Shadowplay as I find constantly recording demos a little annoying. Shadowplay is always recording 5-15 minute length videos and deleting them if you don't care to save it. If someone freekills you can merely press your hotkey and save the video. No more sad moments of not having a demo running or not catching something awesome that just happened in-game.

 

Please keep in mind the way @SL4DE is showing honestly is the most reliable, fool proof way to get a player complaint through.
