Just because you place your crosshair on the head of the enemy does not guarantee a hit. Weapon accuracy, distance from target, movement, and aimpunch are a few of many factors regarding you hitting your shot or now. It's hard to tell the difference between server Latency and human error, but the best way to improve this sense is to record your gameplay. Also, I can actually attest to poor performance sometimes with hit registration on the PB servers sometimes, but I will never attribute it to the fact that they are 64tick. 64tick being the cause of poor performance simply does not make sense. 1 Quote Link to comment

Be aware that the scout has a maximum accurate range which many jailbreak maps exceed. With the new hitbox update, the reg failures shouldn't be happening much, or less at least.
