If you can, get the Ryzen and the TOMAHAWK for sure. Ryzen is good for all-around everything. Real question is though, what are you planning to do? The Ryzen and the TOMAHAWK might be overkill for it but the Pentium could def get the job done.

Play games such as CSGO (I only get 27 frames currently) Blackwake, king of the kill/Battlegrounds, fallout a bunch of different games i ahve but cant play since my pc cant run them well.

I currently have an i5-4590, ASROCK Z97 PRO4, and an ASUS RX 470. I get 300+ fps on CSGO, almost certain I would get 70+fps on Blackwake, H1Z1, PUBG, probably not Fallout since that's a bit more resource intensive. It does seem like the Ryzen is overkill, you're betting off getting an i5 or an i7, or a FX 8350 since those are also good.

Whatever you do, just make sure to put it all in PC part picker to make sure there are no compatibility issues. It saved me a lot of money when I found out some of the parts I was planning to buy weren't compatible with each other.
