I hate to answer this with "I don't know what's going on" but I really don't. I've had @BoTo help me try and single out issues but we can't figure it out. This issue has been happening since February 2019 and since then we have had 3? Surf Managers and none of them have been able to figure out what is causing the problem. BoTo brought up the idea of trying out a new timer to see if maybe that was causing the issues and when we put it on the test server the lag persisted. Gator couldn't figure it out, Retro couldn't, and neither could Nick. We've disabled plugins one by one to try and see if it is a plugin problem and have had no luck. I'm going to sit down this weekend and go through the plugins again and take a look at some configs. I would do it this week but I am busy with finals. Sorry for the inconvenience this causes.
