would this run into a problem if a ct purposely aborts a lr it would be the same as forfeiting the lr and the T would then be KOS i think a revision to make less of a loop hole is if a ct dies during a lr than the T in the lr would be KOS

If the ct Cheated the lr then the t isn’t kos. The t is only kos if they cheat the lr

In this case the T would not be KOS as he has not completed his LR by killing the CT 

As stated in the rule: "LRs are considered to be complete when the winning party kills the losing party or wins Rock Paper Scissors"

 

The intention behind the current wording is so that T's are able to gain kills/points through last request. Making the suggested changes would take that away. There really is no reason a CT should be slaying themselves in order to avoid a T killing them.
