All I gotta say is it's not the admins fault they have one and one only thing to do is keep severs fun they can't keep on coming on and on every minute I'm not hating on you I kind of agree with you but also disagree admins have a tough job they can only do some stuff not all.

So the right time to join any SG is when there is an admin on. If you join when there is no admin there are probably gonna be 1 or 2 rule breakers. But if you do join always try to get an admin on when there is a rule breaker ASAP. So if you rule breakers are reading I'm here find you and you'll be caught. So please and always follow rules.
