i dont think it is cause i use cc cleaner and im still losing memory

A couple of days i had about 130gb of free space. Gradually i have been losing memory on my hard drive. Now i only have 115gb left. I downloaded a couple of things but theres no way it is 15gb. The things i downloaded were very small and it probably did not exceed even 100mb. I looked it up and they said to do a system restore. Which i tried but no help still losing memory. Thanks in advance edit: I forgot to mention i have vista.

Every couple of minutes my internet will disconnect and reconnect. I have verizon dsl. The weird thing is i does not seem to happen at night. But during the morning it happens alot. This happened a couple of times before and it went away after 1 week. In the past i called up verizon asking them what was wrong and they could not figure out what was wrong edit: yea i do have password and im scanning my pc for viruses right now. 2 ppl are using the router so could that be too much
