I've played with this guy a lot and I've had good conversations with him on steam and a few gay moments, but all and all I think he should be allowed to reapply. He's a changed person and he's trying to let go of his history which proves to me that he is mature.
You need to have access rights for vent which are granted by ao's and up I believe.
Try pming one of them asking for you to get setup and I'm sure they'll gladly consider it if they're in a good mood.

when anti-analising is applied you can see the textures/pixels in the far smoothed out. When it is off the things in the distance appear to be sqaures. Enabling it is a major fps killer but it is also rewarding with a better look of the game.
