yes, but you dont need to order it off the net if that's what your saying, most super markets have it by now. like stated before, as long as the computer is off you wont cause any damage from the air, its air. if you're worried about breaking something inside by touching it because of static, just do what i always do and you wont hurt anything (i work with them every day so this is more than just "read from the internet") - Unplug the power cable at the least, touch the metal on the back of the power supply and metal somewhere else on the case, this will cancel out all static on your body.
