I actually say this in Belize when i was on a cruise

They are also making changes so that ppl like fred and lots of others dont cheat there way into becoming "e-famous", ppl make billions of dummy accounts. And for someone named YTWatchdog whos excellent at catching ppl cheating he found out that nearly all of the new comments happen to be made on the same day(s), meaning the number of accounts all used to make it look good.
