id rather be playing like CoDMW2 and i can hear the enemys footsteps from far away, like my old logitech headset that broke after 2 years but i cant remember what they were called...

im either gonna buy those headphones haggard showed or ill just use some really good headphones and use my desk mic...

anybody know any good headsets for gaming? btw im at school so i have blocked sites. or else id just google it.

OEM means you can install on only 1 system...like you can install it on your computer but then you can just go ahead and install it on your friends....you can use the OEM as many time aas you want on your own computer but sometimes you will have to call microsoft and get your OEM to activate which isnt a big deal so and windows 7 will most likely work with your wireless i installed windows 7 on a friends laptop and it worked like a charm so...id say go ahead and upgrade to windows 7...but thats just me...oh and my steam works perfectly fine with windows 7 so..
