I thought it was a small school, we have two lunch periods because our lunchroom is so small. Compared to other schools around us it is fairly small. We only have one highschool in our town is what i meant, our population is like 7000-8000. I think there is only 2 highschools in our county.

Using this card: http://www.encore-usa.com/product_item.php?region=us&bid=2&pgid=1&pid=269 I upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista x64, it was an "in-place" upgrade, so I didn't lose any files (I hope) and it worked for the better part of a day, and now it can't find any wireless networks. I made sure my router's SSID is set to broadcast and evn tried to connect manually. I know it is broadcasting because my brother's wireless card on his computer is working with xp. I called them up and they said they are working on Windows 7 drivers and that MOST people have gotten it to work with the Vista x64 drivers. I am 100% sure I am running Win 7 x64, I tried the CD that came with it and the drivers off of their site here. The person told me if those drivers don't work (which they aren't) then to go to to device manager and manually install the vista x64 drivers that are on this card's page: http://www.encore-usa.com/product_download.php?region=us&bid=3 That didn't work either, so I called them up again and some guy told me to download the driver RAlink2860. but I couldn't get those to work either. This is my last hope, as of right now, I have the card in a small machine next to my gaming rig that uses Windows XP, and I am bridging the connection over with an ethernet cord lol. Thanks for any help.

That sucks dude, you will find out it is for a good reason later on in life I hope. I go to a really small school, 159 in my grade. I'm on my last year right now (12th). I'm taking Calculus, American Literature, Creative Writing, Business Class, AP-Micro Economics, Computer Repair, Band, and an online Game Design Class which sucks.

I will let you guys know, I just switched to Windows 7 and I will try not running the program, but it will have to wait until this weekend because I have exams and I won't be on my wireless-vista computer. So in the meantime someone else could try.

I usually don't remember my dreams, maybe once or two every month at most. But I do remember one dream I had, I was in my friend's house last at night and nobody was there and there was no power. All of the doors were locked and there was a zombie coming down the stairs to get me and I had no weapons, I ran to the basement and I woke up right before it got me. I woke up and my heart was beating so fast and I was sweating like I just got done taking a shower.

You aren't supposed to put hot liquids in the aluminum ones, only thermos-es. And for everyone qq'ing about the heavyness, its like a few ounces heavier lol. I use them for water cuz they stay cold a little longer, but if I am gonna put soda or kool-aid or something like that in it, I use the plastic ones because I heard the vitamin C deteriorates the aluminum and it's bad for you to drink it.

Found this cool little program called Vista Anti-Lag, It only uses 3Mb of ram and almost no cpu usage. About every 30 seconds, Vista checks for available connection points, which can make you lagg for about 0.5-1 seconds and it can get irritating. Alright, it's just an upgrade so luckily I don't have to backup everything, I'll do it tomorrow and let you guys know how it goes. If I don't like it (which I don't think will happen) I can always put the OEM Vitsa back on.

That psu can support 2x 220's? 220's arent that good anyway, just get like one gtx 260, and yeah liquid cooling is a waste unless you are really gonna need it for overclocking and stuff. Air is so much cheaper and just as good if you know what you are doing. Get the Noctua (NH-U12P-LGA775, it comes with AMD brackets too) its a really good heatsink, my cpu never goes over 40 celsius

So I bought x64 bit Vista and it came with a free Windows 7 x64 upgrade disc that I had to order for free. Anyway I was wondering if it is worth it to install it? I have a feeling that my wireless card won't work with it and then I won't be able to revert back to my Vista. Does OEM mean you can only install it once? ever? I have also heard steam and its games don't like windows 7 very much, let alone Vista...:ohwell:
