He is praised when he plays well and people applaud him for overcoming the injury. When he gets beat by defenses, it seems a little convenient his injury keeps popping back up in the discussion as an excuse. The rest of the team aided in those losses as well as they were also getting beat by the opponents.

They unleashed hell, but had the Doom outcome where they managed to screw over themselves. It is becoming plainly obvious that Polamalu really is the pillar of that defensive unit. They can win games when their defense steps up, but when it can't, their offense can't be trusted to carry the day.

I understand and know soccer (football for everyone else) and I still can't stand it. If I'm with a group of people drinking, then I can have fun making fun of it, but that is as much entertainment value as it gives me. Just isn't my thing.

The Skins just find more and more ways to fail while the Saints showed they don't perform particularly well in cold, outdoor environments with shitty fields. However, this doesn't matter as most/all of the games they will play in the playoffs will be indoors.

He isn't going to do well in the NFL if he is a QB. It's a completely different style of play than what he is used to and I don't see him making the transition to a well off pocket passer. The only place I could really see him as a QB is Miami, but even then, I'd expect him to have a pretty mediocre career as a QB. If he could transition to something else, like a RB or WR, then he might be a pretty valuable asset to a team.

GO VCU! From what I've seen on ESPN, many of the high rated teams seem to be a bit overrated, but I'm sure most will be able to overcome it and improve near the end of the season.

He has been back to form since a few weeks ago. The only difference was that Brady was getting plenty of pressure and the defense gave him confusing looks. I was reading some article about a defensive package that the Saints call "voodoo" where most of the defenders are in a constant forward/backward motion, even those who are not in the blitz. I know many teams do a few players at a time and mostly on the same side of the field, but constant motion on the defensive side makes it difficult to identify where the blitz and pass rush are coming from. Gregg Williams did a kick ass job of getting his D ready for Brady. You make Brady uncomfortable in the pocket, the Patriots will falter. The Patriot's D just didn't have clue as to how to stop the Saints. They couldn't double anyone up without opening someone else and Brees made them pay almost every time they blitzed.

Weren't they playing away all 4 times as well? Doesn't bode well if they have to play away against the Colts or Bengals if they make it far enough in the playoffs.

lol Canadian Football I saw clips of it and I do have to say that is a shitty way to lose a game. Hell, they lost the championship because of it.

Tom Brady and the Patriots got FUCKING OWNED by Brees and the Saints. At least Brady clobbered Brees in one stat....INTERCEPTIONS! Man, it is going to suck when we play them later in a few weeks. We'll get our asses rolled as well.

That they don't suck and are a middle of the road team when two key players are missing (which is much more than other teams would be in the same position).
