wat lesson? My computer broke because my new video card was basically DOA, though it lasted a good hour with shitloads of errors until it finally crashed.

Depending on the type of file you're looking to change, couldn't you simply change your computer date to the new date you want and resave it? Time consuming, but it might work and you wouldn't have to download extra programs. Never had the urge to change file timestamps or care about a timestamp.. Though if it's a .dll or any file you can't resave, then idk since never cared about that stuff. I could only link you to programs by a google search lol and we all know those are ALWAYS legit and never viruses.

Caution's just replace the swear words with random words that really make no sense.

Well uhhhhhhhhh hey now that you're back there's some player complaints just sitting there.

Lol the survey is good to find out what people want it's just I couldn't sit there and answer questions =p and it's hard to know exactly what the majority of any group will want and you sups are so picky.

I gave up at 80 questions, mostly because so many were irrelevant to me(I don't play CS:S/BO/MC), and I didn't really care about a lot of the questions as I'm in a position where I could just as easily bring something up about changing(IE: more donator perks) or simply do it myself.

We had the most abusive admins under the pay system, but some idiots still get through.. somehow.

Well originally you were paying for server admin, whereas supporters paid simply to support. If you can't see how supporters should have gotten perks from that system, IDK what to tell you. Now with server admin being free, I don't see what kind of extra perks people should get simply for being voted into SA? That's kinda a perk in itself.
