well the way it works in canada is. prepaid visa is by citizens bank and you go to http://www.mybalance.ca to register your card. add billing info. i put random stuff. just dont use fake phone number since u need the last 4 digits to login. since ur in us right? prly a diffrent site to use. check the cardboard in which the card came with, there will be a website for you to register your card and see statements and balace. if you dont have it, just look at one in the store where u bought it. done.
