Which, in a legality sense, means, no matter what, you must give a warning shot. A t can be knifing you and by that rule you would need to give them a warning shot. Warnings need to be given before you can just fire away. Just because I can't call you out right away (mute) doesn't mean you should be able to get away with it when the round is over.
