Any book readers?

Personally, I loved the Inheritance Series, which included Eragon, Eldest, and Brisingr (4th book out soon!!), by Christopher Paolini. Also, I've read "It" by Stephen King, and I must say that it is an absolute marvel, although it is a little lengthly (around 1100 pages).

 

Are you serious.. if you've read any quality fantasy you would realize that Paulini is a hack. He poorly plagiarizes from decent authors, and lacks anything new to offer.

 

Now back to topic:

 

I read a ton.. I would say approx 3-4 full length novels a week. (on a good week) But before I randomly start recommending books.. what genre are you looking for? Horror, Fantasy, Historical fiction, non-fiction etc? What are some of your interests. A few of the books mentioned are quite good, IE: World War Z, The Stand, etc. However, if you respond to my questions I'll try to put together a list that suites your interests/genre of literature.

Have you read Diary or Haunted by chuck palahniuk? if you havent you should read them, there both amazing books. Also try The Heroin Diaries, Its diaries Nikki Sixx (He plays bass in Motley Crue) kept while he was shooting up heroin.
