Chet I know you probably wont listen to me but you should really try the following things:

 

  • Take some supplements / vitamins if available to you
  • Get on a regular sleep schedule - lack of sleep can cause many problems
  • If you have a local gym or any exercise equipment start getting active
  • Eat less crap - its hard at first but your body will thank you

 

A lot of people neglect doing these things (which aren't really that hard) and suffer for it, hope to see you around Chet.

 

I don't do any of these things and I'm pretty sure my body is slowly dying

This is all good advice, I'm sure your doc recommended vit d3 supplements probably 2000iu a day, on top of not going outside your diet is probably not providing enough vitamin D. Vitamin D is also a major factor in helping absorb calcium. My little brother recently went for a physical for college and he was also told he didn't have enough vitamin d and he plays soccer all the time, most likely from the lack of it from his diet. Anyway good luck hopefully you will get better!
