It certainly was an old perk, that's how Supporter was if I recall correctly. I don't remember it being offered anymore.

seeing as how when I was sub it didnt work either for me when dead, I asked caution about it last night to remove it since it didn't work unless it was fixed. And if i made a mistake and it does work then my bad.

I definitely remember this being a perk when I managed jb. It also stated being such on that thread too.

it might not have been working for me then as a subscriber, not sure, I could see when i was dead my name show up like im talking but no one could hear me that was dead, i assumed it didnt work, but i might have been wrong. not sure. I told caution about it not working for me then, so why have it as a perk. But if it works then put it back. If I am wrong then i feel like an idiot

The name would show up there regardless if it worked or not. Not sure what else would be wrong

 

Probably something that should be further tested a few more times before assuming it's no doubt broken. Don't know the plugin name, but it MIGHT be the same as the 30 second mute timer at the start of rounds @Goku

From what I can understand, it was a perk but was probably removed since it's no longer listed as a perk. I vaguely remember a discussion about something like this a long time ago, but I'll see if I can find out when the perk was removed and let you know.
