Nimmy has sat and dedicated hours upon hours upon hours upon hours (like seriously, an unhealthy amount) towards helping SG directly through various means. This is the kind of shit that gets you promoted quickly and has all of us higher-ups glad when we can easily make a decision to promote someone to a higher rank. We all thought Nimmy was a dumbass a few months ago, but has gone on to learn from his mistakes and take advice to better himself.
