Have to meet the minimum forum requirements before you can even make an admin app (30+ days and 100 posts) as stated here. Also I suggest reading this guide that I made, gives you some pointers on what you need to do to achieve your goal.

 

All in all, you need support and trust from all the regulars and admins of this community. If you really want admin, do it for the right reasons, help out on the servers and community by calling in admins and reporting trouble makers via player complaints, and prove to us that you're capable of being a some what potentially good admin.
