Not iding a T you just killed is not against any rules. Killing someone for running away from an unided body they just killed, even if it was a T, is also not against any rules.

 

Of course there is the occasional situation where the person who was gunned down was obviously a T and the person leaving left the body to be IDed by others, because they were closer, or by the detective, for the credits. Probably shouldn't kill this person but it still wouldn't be against any rules to do so. There are other situations where the killer might run away or leave to do something else. It's the killers choice to run away and they deal with the consequences, like getting shot.

 

You dont HAVE to kill someone for not iding and they dont HAVE to ID. Read each situation carefully and react accordingly. If you feel bad for killing an inno after they killed a T then analyze the situation better next time.

 

Its been a minute since I read every rule though so grain of salt I suppose.
