  1. Ok I need to first preface this with we had a scheduling conflict and we had to re-arrange the matches so we could keep things moving. Both lil shits and Try Hard had individual scheduling issues with their scheduled opponents. As SG Badmins and Bring Back Dan had not played each other yet, we moved up their later scheduled match to this week and they played. I've told the 2 teams who did not play this week, to try to get it in this week. I've also advised all teams to not wait for me to tell them to play, if you haven't played a game that isn't "scheduled" for 2 weeks down the road but can play it now, to go for it. This will keep things moving and hopefully when we do have scheduling issues we can try to get ahead of the schedule in other games. So now that we got that out of the way, on to the results. SG Badmins beat Bring Back Dan 2-0 Team Peanut Daycare beat Team Cakes 2-0 The standings as of today are: Team Peanut Daycare 4-0 Bring Back Dan 2-2 SG Badmins 2-2 lil shits 1-1 Team Cakes 1-3 Try Hard 0-2 If teams want to continue by the schedule next week's games are scheduled as such: SG Badmins - Team Cakes lil shits - Try Hard Bring Back Dan - Team Peanut Daycare However if scheduling conflicts arise they can play a team that they have on the schedule later. We just need to get at least 1 match finished each week, lil shits and Try Hard will need to catch up as soon as they can.
  2. Now that I've cleaned up that mess. Please refrain from any trash talk in this thread. Its not conductive to what we are trying to do here and will only further derail it.
  3. Thanks all!
  4. Holy crap he's alive...
  5. Week 2: lil shits - Bring Back Dan Team Peanut Daycare - Team Cakes SG Badmins - Try Hard Just a reminder for teams. If there are scheduling issues let myself or @BlackEagle know ASAP!
  6. I wish it was MP... Would be fun!
  7. ^This. For the record, probably the best dev group I've seen use the early access stuff has been Introversion with Prison Architect (http://store.steampowered.com/app/233450/). These guys were one of the first games on Early Access and they have scheduled their full release late this year. They had a game idea but didn't really have a direction for it, they used the Early Access on top of social media to get feedback from the players. I adopted on alpha 10 or 11 and with mostly regularly monthly updates they just put out alpha 33 with 34 out in the next few weeks. They squashed bugs added many features and most importantly allowed the community to help guide and direct the game. The dev team put out 30 minute videos showing what each update did and even teased what was coming down the line. Updating the game a few times a day is actually really bad tbh. For me if they have to push updates everyday I don't want to have to keep downloading every time I play. Either fix it one time or accept the bug for at least a week and fix other things along the way.
  8. I'm gonna be honest, I saw some videos of people playing, while neat, I feel it has a long way to go. If it remains in an early access state for too long it may fizzle out.
  9. Nice bump, cool story bro. Probably should have waited on FNAF, probably be a daily or flash deal later ;-) BTW, these should help: http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/content.php?r=39-Steam-Summer-Sale-Breakdown http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/content.php?r=38-Steam-Summer-Sale-Begins!
  10. Good Week 1 Everyone. Here are the standings: Standings: 1. Team Peanut Daycare = 2 - 0 1. Bring Back Dan = 2 - 0 2. Team Cakes = 1 - 1 2. lil shits = 1 - 1 3. SG Badmins = 0 - 2 3. Try Hard = 0 - 2 Keep on going here are the scheduled matches for Week 2: Week 2: lil shits - Bring Back Dan Team Peanut Daycare - Team Cakes SG Badmins - Try Hard If there are any conflicts please let us know asap. The due date for week 2 results are 6-21. If you guys keep up this pace it will speed the whole thing up and we'll get to the elimination tournament sooner.
  11. I guess I'll need to be a bit more specific in this as we really wasn't ready to publicly talk about it. I have a few plugins that have been in the works for a while now while we were working on the store. Everything is integrated and we are waiting on a few things to still fall in place. In the coming weeks we will slowly be releasing bits and pieces of it. I just ask for your patience as a few things were talked on here are planned but we just haven't talked about as its not quite ready for release yet. I just don't want you guys to take my vague answer previously as something that we'll just start working on now because of this discussion. This has been in the works for a very long time, we are close to actually giving details on its particulars but we still need to do some testing and a bit more building to get it setup. We just don't want to promise you guys something that we cannot deliver or even leave you guys hanging waiting forever for it actually show up.
  12. After the form directs you to paypal, there should be link below the sign in box that says pay with credit card without logging in. Its kinda small and I missed it myself the other day when I went to set up.
  13. Thanks all, we'll have some more fun!
  14. I have updated the Scrim Tourney Page with a Standings Widget. Check it out: http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/content.php?r=17-scrim-tournament_1
  15. Would have to convert the files into something YouTube can use. Would be an idea but I am afraid that would take way too long. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  16. Let me see how big the files are, if they are too big we probably will not have them available for download. Good idea however. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  17. We was working on it but ran into some problems, didn't want to hold this up any further. For the actual elimination tournament I want to do some streaming or something with it (on delay of course) to make it one big community event.
  18. Teams are closed. Here is the schedule: Week 1: SG Badmins - Team Peanut Daycare 2-0 -- 16-9 (Peanut Daycare) -- 16-10 (Peanut Daycare) lil shits - Team Cakes 1-1 TIE -- 16-14 (lil shits) -- 11-16 (Team Cakes) Bring Back Dan - Try Hard 2-0 -- 16-4 (Bring Back Dan) -- 16-5 (Bring Back Dan) Week 2: lil shits - Bring Back Dan Team Peanut Daycare - Team Cakes SG Badmins - Try Hard Week 3: SG Badmins - Team Cakes lil shits - Try Hard Bring Back Dan - Team Peanut Daycare Week 4: Team Peanut Daycare - Try Hard Bring Back Dan - Team Cakes SG Badmins - lil shits Week 5: SG Badmins - Bring Back Dan lil shits - Team Peanut Daycare Team Cakes - Try Hard Standings: 1. Team Peanut Daycare = 2 - 0 1. Bring Back Dan = 2 - 0 2. Team Cakes = 1 - 1 2. lil shits = 1 - 1 3. SG Badmins = 0 - 2 3. Try Hard = 0 - 2 The schedule is set but flexible. Each week the two teams will play 2 matches, home and away. The first week's scores are due by June 14th. Gets you 2 weekends to get the games in. If you can get more games in, thats great and will move this along faster. Good luck to all teams!
  19. I am hoping to build a starter tutorial for people. I consider myself a mine craft noob because my kid knows more about it than I do when I started. So stay tuned.
  20. Part of the steam link system that I've been working on actually has a forum rewards program so where we can set it up to do stuff like this. Can this check the validity of 10 post? No, you can't really do that. You can set up a system of variables to check that they have done more than just spam post however.
  21. We are going to say no, due to the chance that if something goes wrong with it that we won't be able to do anything about it. Its better that everyone plays on the same server to feel better about it.
  22. Looking to use a source mod warmod. Atm I need a ta+ to update the server and upload the plug in as it has a dll file. Let you guys know when that happens.
