no, the processor you selected has a different socket to the motherboard, the processor has a 775, while the motherboard is 1156, for the new i5 and i7 processors, you could either get a motherboard, i would suggest this which would save you alot of money. or you can get one of the new i5 processors like this one as for the ram, it depends on the motherboard, if you decide to go for the core2 DDR2 would fit your motherboard. but the new 1156 uses DDR3, the thing is with the new 1156 socket it uses paired DDR3 and you cant use Tripple channel DDR3. the DDR3 is slightly more expensive than the DDR2
