I agree with @Metal, its up to the players to report the players when there aren't admins on. Whenever you join just start a recording and if there is a rule breaker, just edit the file to show only him.

Unless the SG servers quadruple in popularity where servers are maxed all the time. I don't think that we need an app, tapatalk is good for basic needs like @Pan32 said. If you want the shoutbox just use chrome.

If this plugin is going to happen I think if the player chooses Cluck then 20 other random chickens spawn around the map, giving the player more of a chance at survival
