Building your own PC would save you a lot of money (at least, if you know where to get your parts cheap). Companies like dell like to add a higher price tag because 'they built it and it took their precious time'.

Also the fact that it's harder to play illegal games on a console. On a PC it's as simple as googling the game (ofc there are way more efficient ways, just pointing the obvious). For console it involves more steps.

False. This issue has nothing to do with the browser. This issue has to do with the domain names from this host we are currently on aren't being registered correctly to some ISPs, so you just have to take google's DNS server settings (or any other DNS server which is correctly updated) to fix this.
