If pictures are in wrong places or are missing that means you have had problems downloading all the Icons etc on the Page. It happens to me sometimes when my internet is running very slow or is partially down . As for the site being a bit funny , For me atleast , its been down a few times , and sometimes things are a bit funny to access.
