I wouldn't recommend the new GTX 570 cards, I read a review when they first came out, the sort of fixed the over heating issues, but over clocking = no. They tried it and one of the capacitors blew. I would seriously recommend a HD6970. Basically same specs, cheaper and better to OC. Though watercooling, I have no idea. And Zeke, DX10 is buggy is as hell, DX11 is a fantastic peice of software, just look a tessellation for example.

Are you able to try the graphics card in another computer?

I had quite a few ideas of why it wasn't working, but now I'm stumped... I don't see how swapping from an Intel mobo to AMD should make any difference... The only thing that could be at fault is the motherboard... Are you able to get a replacement?

First things first, we need to check if your monitor is broke. Unplug all cables from the monitor, (Including power) then ONLY plug the power back in. Turn the monitor on and see if colour checks come up (Or the blue light) If not, could be an issue with the monitor it's self, or the power connector. If the colour checks appear, then it's either the cable (VGA One) or the GPU it's self. Next, try a different cable (Just buy one online or go to a local comp shop, will cost a lot more from a shop though) If it's still not working then you probably have a faulty GPU, if you have a warranty, which you should, then just get a replacement. EDIT: What Graphics Card are you using by the way? Also, are you using the same Hard Drive, or a new one? One more thing, is it the same GPU from the old computer, or a new one? I know I've probably contridicted my self with my above sentane, just answer the questions like they were the first.
